The Voice-Trek DM-750 is equipped with a new "2-microphone noise cancel" function that enables clear recording of voice only, even in situations where ordinary IC recorders would have difficulty hearing over environmental noise.
This function allows the recorder to detect the difference in input levels between the voice and environmental noise entering the left and right microphones, so that the voice is recorded clearly even in noisy surroundings.
TRESMIC" 3-microphone system for high-quality sound recording in any situation
The "TRESMIC" three-microphone system is also used in high-quality IC recorders for music recording. In addition to the high-performance directional stereo microphones, the system adds an omni-directional center microphone to enable stereo recording of a wide range of sound frequencies from low to high frequencies with natural sound close to the original sound.
Combined with the linear PCM recording format, business scenes are recorded in high sound quality.
Voice-only playback" & "transcription" mode for efficient creation of minutes and documentation
The "voice-only playback" function automatically skips the part without voice and plays back only the voice part. Since only the voice part is played back, the time required to check the recording is reduced and work efficiency is improved.
The "Transcription" mode is also provided, which is useful for creating minutes that require repetitive listening, stopping, and listening again.
This mode automatically starts playback from 3 seconds before the paused point to prevent loss of headway when playback is resumed, and when combined with "voice-only playback," allows efficient document creation.
Built-in USB port for convenient "PC Direct Connection" for saving and recharging recorded data
The Voice-Trek DM-750 is equipped with a built-in USB port for direct connection to a PC for quick transfer of recorded data.
When loaded with the included rechargeable battery, the DM-750 can also be recharged inside the main unit (using the included BR404 nickel-hydrogen rechargeable battery).
When not in use, the USB port is stored in the main unit, and a protective cover protects the port from dirt.
Features
The "timer recording" function allows recording at a set date and time. For example, it is possible to record every Wednesday or every day.
A "low-cut filter" is provided to prevent unwanted sounds from being picked up during recording, and automatically cuts out unwanted sounds below 300 Hz, such as air conditioning and projector fan noise, to make recording easier to listen to.
The "Zoom Microphone" function, which uses the latest directivity control technology to adjust the directivity of the microphone, allows recording from a distance or in noisy environments to focus on the target sound for clear recording.
The "Voice Chaser" function detects the size of the space and the number of speakers, and automatically adjusts the recording level. This allows for accurate and clear recording of distant sounds and low voices without the need for cumbersome recording level settings.
The "Normalize" function maximizes the volume of recorded data to make it easier to understand. The "Voice-Trek DM-750" can perform the correction by itself, without the need for a PC or other equipment, eliminating troublesome and time-consuming work.
When multiple speakers are present, the "Voice Balancer" function ensures that quiet sounds are played back loudly and loud sounds are played back at a comfortable volume so that they do not exceed a certain level.
The "File Split" function allows you to easily split a long recording into separate files for easy handling according to your needs, and the "Shadowing Playback," "A-B Repeat Playback," "Index Mark," and other various playback functions are also provided.
The "Calendar Search" function allows you to quickly find recorded files based on the recording date and time, making it easy to search for the desired data from a large number of recorded files.
The built-in flash memory is 4 GB, and a microSD/SDHC card slot is provided for longer recording time by loading a card up to 32 GB.
